Return Eligibility

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition: To ensure the integrity of our craft, we can only accept items that are in their unused and original condition, complete with any packaging or documentation included at the time of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• If the return is approved due to a defect, we’ll arrange for a prepaid return label to cover shipping.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on customized or personalized orders, as these are uniquely crafted for you.
• Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage unrelated to shipping will not be eligible for a refund.
